First, I would like to say that the employment section is a great idea for a few reasons; both the employer and employee should already know that the job would involve something in the IBM line, the employer can get a feel for the perspective employee by their posts (could save some interviews), and it might bring more people to the site.

With that being said, I have a few questions. How long do the jobs stat posted? Is it entirely up to the poster or will there be a time frame? How do we filter out the "work from home" scams?

All-in-all I think it will be good for this site, I just hope there are some jobs posted in this area.

All good points. I hadn't thought about the employer/recruiter reviewing the applicant's posts, but makes perfect sense. Did you know it is nearly standard now for employer HR departments to check to see if an applicant has a Xanga or MySpace page and, if they do, to review it for character and to see how well they will fit in to the corporate culture?

I we will all filter out the scam/spam together. If I find anything that is inappropriate, I will deal with it accordingly. If you or anyone determines something is a scam, then PM me and I will take it from there.
