Are you a unregistered member?
You can use portions of full quotes and use it on a third party web site if it is used as a reference point. You must including an attibution like "Source: pSeriesTech.Org". (The same goes for registered members too of course)

Are you a registered member?
You probably have more access to downloads then unregistered members, you can not distribute them without written permission from the author.

Got access to a private area?
You are not allowed to disclose any information from this private area to the public or share with other members or distribute it with third party web sites or users.

Are you staff?
Then the same applies to you as the people with access to a private area. If you are found to be distributing information from a private or staff forum action will be taken.
