Here are the rules when you want to post
Please read all our site policies before you register to assure that you agree with our rules and policies. If you have pre-registration questions, email me. You are allowed to browse our site through different browsers (instances) at once. But you are not allowed to create a flood by sending multiple http or mysql connection requests. We will block your access for now and the future and send a bill your way for the unwanted traffic. You are allowed to browse our site and most of our public boards, participation requires registration. Registration is free. You can register here: http://www.pseriestech.org/forum/register.php You are allowed to register one account - multiple accounts will be detected and closed (probably banned too). After registration: You are allowed to browse our site and access most of the forums. You are allowed to make new threads and reply to existing (and your own) threads in most forums. Please read the "Rules for this Forum" thread at the top of each forum before you post to ensure you understand the forum-specific rules and information. You are allowed to browse the site as a guest as well as logged in (at the same time). You are allowed to make posts, even almost off topic posts, as long as they are productive and not instantly followed up by eachother - give others the chance to post too. You are not allowed to 'spam' the forum with useless posts that make no sense or contain just the allowed minumum character amount per post - this is considered forum pollution and we might reset your postcount to 0 and remove the created posts. Throwing out a swear word from time to time (long time between each) is allowed, as long as it isn't done continuesly. If we receive a complaint we might deceide to give you a warning for the behaviour and/or add the words to the censorlist. Remember that we also have youngsters on our site. You are not allowed to abuse your priveledges. Consider every features and option to be a priveledge. Have more fun and learn from your mistakes and there won't be any problems. If a user misbehaves they can expect a private message or email from a staff member - respect their pointers and if there are any disputes : our staff (especially admins) have the final say in it. If there are uncalled actions taken against you then please contact me privately either by PM or email, instead of throwing it in public which won't do much more good. When things are out of order the staff might discuss the situation behind closed doors and decide to flag a user with an official warning. After 2 official warnings the user is temporary or perminent banned from the site. We rarely give official warnings - so when you get one; you know what time it is. We expect (mis)behaviours to drasticly turn for the better after having received a warning. We expect registered members to keep their profile up to date! We hope our members like our site and post on a regular basis. Users with 0 posts might get deleted after a period of time (like 3 or 6 months). Once a year we will remove users who have not been active for over 12 months. You may make jokes, you can not make jokes on the edge of racism, religion or otherwise possible to offend others type of subjects. You may not troll, flame or rant. This thread is in development, we might add or modify or delete from it from time to time, please check it out once in a while to stay up to date.
