Hello, First time on this website. I am trying to connect 3 Power 5 Servers (USB) and 3 Power 4 servers (PS/2) consoles to my 7316-TF3 and Flat Panel NetBAY LCM Switch. The LCM has 8 PS/2 Style connections and the 3 Power 4 servers connect to this with no issues. It is when I try to connect the 3 Power 5 servers that I run into problems. Since these are USB connections I am looking for the correct cable conversion to connect them so I can use all 6 servers with the console and switch. Is this even possible? If so then does anyone know the correct IBM cables I need to make this happen? I do not have HMC and I do not have LPAR's. Each of the servers are standalone servers. Thanks |
