Yes there is, assuming that only IBM CEs have ever touched the kit its usually accurate. Its also available to business partner - but the format isn't human readable.

Well for a start you need to be a decent sized company that will resell IBM kit, and then you have to meet a whole bunch of IBM standards. For local info contact IBM where you are based.
