Question Restore RAID config after replace PCI-X RAID card

Hi,

After replace PCI RAID adapter, there is a command from smitty that restore RAID configuration from drives. But I cannot see the same command for PCI-X RAID adapter.

Is there anyone experienced this? I am going to replace PCI-X RAID card and looking for a way to preserve its huge data.

Hallo,
I have just replaced a PCI-X SCSI RAID adapter type 571B on a P570.
I didn't launch any command to restore the raid configuration from discks to the adapter. I have just powerd off the (linux) partition, disconnected the cable to the (boot) disks, replaced the adapter following the HMC procedure, reconnected the cable and started the partition without problems...
I think the pci-x scsi raid adapter retrives the raid configuration from drives automatically.
Ciao, Lorenzo.
