P550Q server comes with 3 x 1954 Quad Ethernet Adapters (i.e. 12 ethernet ports) Hi all - another basic post If the server comes with 3 quad adapters then how many standard partitons can be created (excluding mpars) I thought it was greater than 12. Is the spare PCI slot to be found in the I/O draw? Many Thanks

Hi, Without a VIO server, one per adapter. From memory the 550 has 5 PCI slots, leaving you with 2 spares HTH Steve
