Okay: Tomorrow I need to be onsite to install a p6 520, customer purchased NO HMC, wants to use it as single-instance (no LPARs). How to communicate with the system, and configure the LHEAs (if possible) as Gig-E adapters??????? Sorry - I'm spoiled by all prior experience being with HMC-controlled systems. Thanks - Rusty. |

It should just work out of the box with the ports all allocated to the one OS instance on the box.
