Vioserver rmlv error

Vioserver rmlv error

Hi,

Currently building a virtualised environment for a customer. We are removing a few client logical volumes created in the vioserver (1.3.0.0 FP8) rootvg with this command:

rmlv rootvg_lpar2

followed by this error:

"The command's response was not recognized, this may or may not inicate a problem."

And the logical volume is not removed, tried via the vioserver shell and through oem_setup_env with no luck.

The LPAR is not running, the vioserver is the only running instance on this server, its a jfs filesystem and is not mounted anywhere.

Any help appeciated

Ooops, my bad

I forgot we'd mapped these logical volumes through to the LPAR's and not the others.
