| I'm a little confused on the IP setup between the VIO-Server and VIO-Client. I created the SEA and now want to assign an IP. Does the VIO-Server need an IP assigned also, or just the client? I'm thinking just the clients. Can someone clear this up for me? Thanks, Big Pike Mike |

Either option is valid :-). Seriously, if you create only IP addresses on the VIO-clients then the VIO itself won't be reachable remotely. Create one IP address for the VIO Server itself on which ever VLAN you want to use and leave the rest unconfigured.
