I would like to have things like set -o vi and stty erase ^? happen automatically as part of the execution of an 'oem_setup_env' command. Does anyone know how to make this happen? I thought I had figured it out once but either was dreaming or less intelligent now than before .Thanks, Bill |

I believe you just need to add it to the /etc/profile, however you may need to add it to file /home/padmin/.profile, as the oem_setup_env shell tends to inherit properties from padmin. |

| oem_setup_env is not a script but rather a parameter to ioscli which is a module. I've tried modifying /etc/profile, /etc/environment, etc... It either can't be done or it's not one of the common methods used to configure the environment. |
