Errors on JS21 after VIOS installation

Hello,

I have recently installed vios version 1.3 on a js21. Previously, AIX 5.3 was installed. After VIOS installation, system attention LED turned amber; 'errpt -a' returns
LABEL: SCAN_ERROR_CHRP
IDENTIFIER: BFE4C025
Resource Name: sysplanar0
Resource Class: planar
and 'prtconf' returns
'Platform Firmware level: Not Available'.
I tried to update the firmware trough IVM but the link to microcode download page does not work and I cannot install it trough the AIX 5.3 LPAR because it does not have the service authority to do this.
Does anybody know how to solve this issue:-(?
