Howdy folks, I have a p570 with a couple of VIO servers and some LPARS running 5.3, TL7. I would like to configure one of these LPARS as a media server within dataprotector. In order to do this, I need to assign a dedicated HBA to the LPAR and zone it to the tape library we are using. Is there a way to make an HBA available to this LPAR through the VIO server or would I have to assign the physical resource to the LPAR? Thanks in advance! |
