Hi pSeries Froum, i have a problem. I cannot login to my AIX7 Machine, but i can login to my hmc. there under vtmenu > Managed Sysems i get an list of my machines: Quote:

You can't. VTmenu is designed to simplify the command line of the HMC, you could do something like this: chsysstate -r lpar -m "Server-9111-520-SN65D449C" -o on -n AIX-Tivoli -f <profile name> Where profile name is the startup profile for the lpar that you could get from: lssyscfg -r lpar -m "Server-9111-520-SN65D449C" You of course have to have the correct rights on the HMC in order to perform these activities. |
