I downloaded PTF MH00839 ISO file but when I try to load it up to the my 7310-CR3 V6.1.1 via "install corrective services" I choose removable media but it doesn't look like the CD is mounting,(no activity light) then i get an error

"A required file is missing from the service package contact your service rep"

Does anyone get this error after trying to upload the MH00839 PTF.

I think I installed this patch a few weeks back, but I downloaded to a dir in one of the LPAR systems and installed from there over network. Installed fine - no problems.

As it turned out I apparently did not need this patch. One IBM support person told me I needed this PTF to take care of the HSCL05DB errors I was getting and another IBM supoort person told me that if I am running HMC ver6.1.1 then that PTF is already there...(
