Confused about the ethernet ASM

I have a 9115-505 at a hosting plant. I can access it over internet and get the Advanced System Management stuff.

When I was buying the machine, I was told that I can get remote access to the AIX console over the second ethernet port.

Now, my business partner is referring me to
Configuring a LAN Console on a IBM P520 equiped with 2 HMC ports (HMC1, HMC2) - ITtoolbox Groups

which is totally confusing me. All I want is the second ethernet port to serve as a remote system console.
