Open a PMR without a phone call?

I have a speech impediment. People who know me can talk to me fine over the phone but to new people, it is a challenge. Is there any process of opening an PMR via email or a web interface? I know that there use to be electronic updates (I've seen it from the inside but how to you do it from the outside?)

Thanks

Pedz, i hope this is what you are looking for

Since it wont let me post the url, go to ibm website, main one and search for "electronic service call" , include the quotes in your search...

Re: Open a PMR without a phone call?

Thank you very much. It took a little while but I found "ESR" which, in my case, seems to be what I need. I first did a search adding an 's' to call "electronic service calls" and found nothing. I also added "PMR" to the search. Found a PDF and that lead me to the web page.

It would be fascinating to see a site map for the IBM site. It just seems so much like a labyrinth.

Anyhow, thanks for the help.

Re: Open a PMR without a phone call?

Well, bummer. I may need to purchase something to get what I want. I sent a question to the support support people.

The ESR has a way to open a PMR for another customer but not for myself. And I can't seem to hook myself up as my own customer.

That site is so confusing.
