Question Nmon data to be analyise

Dear @

I am new to Aix platform pls guide to get my findings in nmon data collected on of the server.

attaching one of the output below. also there is much i/o wait on this server tell me some tunning parameters i should put in to improve the wait state.as the client is not willing to add any new hardware. i am running three database on this server ,JPJDE,JPWAS RSS .pls reply its urgent

yes i had also attached a file with my post but i cant find it. its in zip format........

i also took the output from vmstat ,iostat and sar .....
also with ps it shows top four process as wait and utilising 15% of cpu each.
