I'm running into a strange issue with DVD media that appears to have been written in iso9660 format from SAP. Here's what I see: [vq2ua393:/usr/sys/inst.apps]lsdev -Cc cdrom #Check that we've GOT a dvd drive cd0 Available 04-08-00 IDE DVD-ROM Drive [vq2ua393:/usr/sys/inst.apps]mount -v cdrfs -o ro /dev/cd0 /dvdrom [vq2ua393:/usr/sys/inst.apps]cat /dvdrom/CDLABEL.ASC ORACLE 10.2 64-BIT RDBMS AIX 64bit Number 51031672_1 ## Note I can read KNOWN files on the CD [vq2ua393:/usr/sys/inst.apps]ls /dvdrom ls: /dvdrom: Value too large to be stored in data type If I try to mount it as a UDFS filesystem [vq2ua393:/usr/sys/inst.apps]mount -v udfs -o ro /dev/cd0 /dvdrom mount: Unformatted or incompatible media Any suggestions on how to mount and read this media so I can copy it over to my library server? |
