hi all.

i am missing the file set bos.adt.libm and i downloaded apar IY58143 for aix 5.3

I was unable to load it as getting file error that the oslevel is 5.3.0.62 instead of 5.3.0.22 as min&max oslevel for the patch.

Can anyone help?

If so, this will also help in installing other missing files set from other APARs.

hello, I had the same problem today while installing Oracle 10g on AIX 5.3 TL6 .
downloading APAR IY58143 did not help that much ,

but installing the following base filesets allowed me to run the system checks in the Oracle base install procedure :

bos.adt.libm ,5.3.0.1
bos.adt.prof ,5.3.0.1
bos.cifs_fs.rte ,5.3.0.1


Those filesets are fount on the main AIX 5.3 CDs ( CD1)
