IBM.CSMAgentRM using more than 50 % of CPU

Hi

CSM AgentRM is using more than 50 % amount of CPU and causing perf hit on the server . We had restarted the rsct_rm group agents and CPU usage came to noraml .. And again slowly CPU utilization increasing on CSM Agent RM .

We do not have csc.server file set installed .. its CSM client .
