HI, just wanted to know that i have stopped rsct services using command stopsrc -g rsct. all the rsct services are stopped but I know that when i start the system it will start automatically. How can I permenantly stop these services like we do with other services by putiing # or : ? I dont know from where Rsct services are running kindly advice |

Why do you want to stop the RSCT services? They are meant to run normally, in an LPARed environment.

Ross, ya i know these services are used in Lpared environment. but i m blocking these services on the particular servers where lpared is not configured. I have allready stopped them i just wanted to know where to put : or # to stop them permenantly means they will not start on reebot |
