i have had some problems with my 7310-CR3 and 9115-505 these past few weeks..I had lost the managed server a couple of times and managed to recover, however I now have some issues with 2 of my 3 lpars.. After I activate my NIM master and AIX lpars I noticed that a couple of the rsct daemons are not active on the NIM I have to activate them manually and on the AIX lpar CTRMC is not even loading and I cannot load CTRMC manually on the AIX lpar. Plus when i do a ls-al on the lpars I notice doulble and triple entries for all the default directories. Because of all the triple and double directory entries these lpars have run very low on storage. I am not sure if I can rmdir these directories because they are all the same name..for instance the root system is out on my AIX lpar multiple times and they all have the same name same size so if I do a rmdir on the root system then I think that will remove all instances of root system...I need to remove these one at a time if possible. I do know of any AIX file management tool.
