Hi,
I saw this problem all the times customers un-plugged the power cables w/out properly shutting down their systems. You might want to try to reboot (maybe pressing the power button 2 times, until the green LED is stable). Normally I can start the server again and clear the error log to turn off the red LED (system attention LED).
If your server cannot start, it definitely is a hardware issues and just call CE to your site as FASherMan advised
