Hi

Looks like your VG is full. Remember VIOS is an AIX-based OS so all theory about LVM is still active for it.

What you need is a new disk to be added to the VG vg_2. Two if you're using LVM mirror. What the physical configuration of your current disks are ??, RAID adapter attached ?? Single SCSI adapter ??, SAN ??

One option you can use as last resort is to move the intended LV to the rootvg VG and used it until new disks are attached to the system.
