We have the p560 plugged into the HMC 1 port and it goes to a defined vlan on our ethernet switch, which the HMC is part of. This is a brand new server and we are trying to access it through the HMC since we brought it up and not use either a laptop or dumb terminal. We have not did anything to change the new console to a vsa/vty device, not for sure even where to. First time using the p5 series HMC and still trying to understand the V7 as we can't find much info on it. THANKS! |
