Hi, sorry for the lack of replies, I have been extremely busy lately
Regarding the maintenance boot. You then need to boot the server from the network (refer to section 12 of document)
Regarding error BA010005 this is the unable to contact host. Have you tried to ping the NIM server from the firmware prompt prior to attempting to initiate the boot ?
