just for my understanding and clarification.
We need to rename the three boot images as
cd_image_299176.vol1 to cd_image_299176.vol1.iso
cd_image_299176.vol2 to cd_image_299176.vol2.iso
cd_image_299176.vol3 to cd_image_299176.vol3.iso
am i right or wrong? and then right the cd/dvd ?
Also if i am not deviating the topic/thread further, then can anyone clarify the steps required to make a bootable image of system for system restore or installation in tape ( instead of cd/dvd )? if possible through both command line and smitty...
